Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Policy


The success of a business does not depend solely on the quality of its services to be considered successful.
Success is linked to the credibility, integrity and transparency of the organization, and for this we assume an indispensable commitment to ethics.

TSA establishes a set of principles in which the behaviors of its entire staff should be guided, as far as ethical, behavioral and moral values are concerned.

Are they:

  • Serve internal and external clients with respect, ethics and accurate information, in a consistent and professional manner;
  • Be committed to the quality of services and the customer services;
  • To have excellence as a goal of our daily practices;
  • Contribute with innovative ideas for the promotion and implementation of continuous improvements;
  • Create a good working environment, promoting health and safety, ensuring compliance with applicable standards;
  • Commit in an active and responsible manner in TSA’s policy of sustainability and conservation of the Environment;
  • Seek the sustainability of results;
  • Ensure the protection of conservation of the resources of the company, available for the performance of its duties;
  • Respect the differences and diversities of ethnic, religious, social, cultural, racial, political, physical, sexual orientation and other conditions. The TSA promotes diversity and equity;
  • Make communication transparent and correct, easily understandable and accessible to all engaged;
  • To exercise in a responsible and ethical manner the relationship with the authorities, customers, partners, suppliers, community and public bodies with which the TSA relates in the exercise of its activities, seeking an integral relationship preserving the values, image and mutual respect;
  • Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our business, including anti-corruption law, wherever they may operate. TSA and its subsidiaries repudiate any unlawful practice in their business;
  • Respect the TSA’s Mission, Vision, Values and the guidelines described above, whether in internal or external relations, as well as reporting any irregularities, behaviors or circumstances that do not contribute to the business development or the good image of the TSA.

We have a duty to encourage all internal and external stakeholders to disseminate the ethical principles expressed in this code and in the anti-corruption policy.
